To make biscuits, just add buttermilk, knead the dough, put 'em in the oven and bake.  Coat the hot cinnamon biscuits with a 10X powdered sugar glaze. 

This mix also makes an awesome cinnamon-raisin biscuit.  Just soak your raisins in warm water for 10 minutes before adding them to the dough. 

You can also make a sheet pan biscuit instead of taking the time to cut up individual biscuits.
