Atkinson's Fruit Cobbler Mix is about the quickest and easiest way to make a delicious fruit cobbler that you'll ever find.

Simply stir in your favorite pre-sweetened fruits (cherries, peaches, apples, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, etc.) that happen to be in season and mix with homogenized milk to the consistency of thick cake batter.  Just put it in the oven and your cobbler will make it's own crust.  If you're using canned fruit, pour the juice or syrup into a container and hold while the cobbler is cooking.  After taking the hot cobbler out of the oven, pour the juice over the cobbler's browned crust so it can soak in.  Mmmmm, that's good!!! 

Serve with or without ice cream on top and you have the perfect dessert for any season.
